"We understand the client's business, not just the code."

We are three co-founders with complementary backgrounds — economics and finance, and engineering. We lived real operations from the inside (hospitality, asset management, P&L, USALI) and built software because we saw the hours slipping away. The first system was born to solve a problem of our own, not to sell.

We believe this is one of our biggest differences: we understand the client's business, not just the code. Many software teams have never had to close a GOP or reconcile a USALI — we've been there, and we speak the language of whoever runs the operation.

Why a boutique

We work with few clients at a time so that every project gets our direct attention, from diagnostic to launch. There are no layers of intermediaries between who decides and who builds.
